NYPD Columbia app has fascinating features that help like-minded police officers to stay connected with each other. It's a nifty app that lets club members join various events. It also gives them easy access to various NYPD-only resources and news.
Officers have tons of responsibilities to look after. Yet they can still enjoy their time with the help of this app. It lets them see all the information about new and exotic events. They can view event details anytime they log into the app.
This app offers the easiest options to book tickets and make reservations. Officers can also choose between various ticket types and get an order summary of their purchase. They can link their cards or banks to this app and instantly pay for their tickets.
Officers often forget about their important events. However, with NYPD Columbia, it's going to be different. When they join events, they can instantly add this event to their calendar to get alerts. Also, they can download their ticket on their phone to view the details whenever they want, however, they want.
This app is filled with valuable resources that allow members to stay informed about important things relevant to the community.
The members can shop around directly from the app. An online store inside the app allows community members to order items they like.
The NYPD Columbia app backend is developed using a Node JS framework named Express JS. UI elements are developed with Vue JS, Material UI, and some custom CSS. PostgreSQL database is used to store data. For extra security, no sensitive information, credentials, or files are stored in the database in plain text. Instead, a custom web infrastructure (API) is designed and developed to store this information prioritizing security above all by encrypting them on the server-side. Also, all the RESTful communications are encrypted and authenticated with a secured JWT (JSON Web Token).
